Constitutional Counties

If you would like to be a Constitutional County read how Livingston did it.

In a 9-0 decision the Livingston County Commissioners voted on April 24th, 2023 to make Livingston County a Constitutional County!!!

There have been a few things missed by the reporting. One blogger even said that there were 30 speakers evenly split 15 for the resolution and 15 against. I’m not sure what kind of common core math that blogger was using, but there were a total of 57 speakers; 48 of them were for the resolution and 9 were against. That was hardly a split, more like a mandate! There were 133 people in attendance, 131 for the resolution and 2 against. There were 144 people on zoom 110 were for the resolution and the remainder were undetermined.

The democrats and their friends said this resolution meant nothing to Lansing, and that Lansing has a mandate over the state of Michigan. Livingston County sent a clear message yesterday, back off Lansing, make good choices on the bills you pass otherwise your unconstitutional bills will be null and void. I think the 16 news stations in attendance captured the truth, some of those news stories are linked in this email. EVERY county CAN choose whether they will support an unconstitutional law. Every county CAN push back against the unconstitutional bills being passed in Lansing. The Sheriff of that county DOES have the right to enforce the laws they deem enforceable and constitutional. The county prosecutor DOES have the right to decide whether they will prosecute someone via an unconstitutional law!

Who’s next to take a stand? Who is the next county to side with Livingston County? Remember, the governor said she has a mandate. She wouldn’t be able to claim a mandate if the counties of this state were against her. Help us and our friends make a difference.
